Most groups run 8 weeks long in duration and are based on first come first serve. Support groups and trauma groups take place in the evenings and are 90 minutes in duration.
All groups are confidential just like therapy and consents to treat need to be signed upon joining a group. Rules and bylines of the group are set by members and directions are provided by the therapist.

Parent Support Group Thursday evenings from 6:30-8:00pm
Survivors of Sexual Trauma, Saturdays at noon
Doll Making Workshops, directed and taught by a Boulder Depth Psychotherapist
